VentureBlockMC – Terms of Service

By accessing or playing on the VentureBlockMC server network, website, or store, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all players, accounts, and interactions across the VentureBlockMC network.

1. Server Network & Access

VentureBlockMC is a privately operated Minecraft server network. Access to the network is a privilege, not a right, and may be modified, restricted, or revoked at any time for violations of server rules, Terms of Service, or applicable platform policies.

We reserve the right to update gameplay features, plugins, mechanics, worlds, seasons, and server content at any time to maintain performance, balance, and overall server health.

2. Player Behavior & Conduct

All players are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats 
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics 
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications 
• Bypassing punishments or using alternate accounts to evade moderation 
• Impersonating staff or other players 

VentureBlockMC staff have full discretion to issue warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, or other corrective actions as deemed necessary to maintain a safe and fair environment.

3. Server Rules

Players are required to follow all posted server rules, including rules listed in-game, on the website, Discord, or other official VentureBlockMC platforms. Claiming ignorance of the rules does not exempt a player from enforcement.

Rules may change over time, and continued use of the network constitutes acceptance of any updated rules.

4. Store Purchases & Virtual Items

All purchases made through the VentureBlockMC store are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund & Chargeback Policy.

Purchased items—including ranks, seasonal ranks, upgrades, currencies, cosmetics, and perks—are:

• Non-transferable between accounts 
• Tied to the account used at the time of purchase 
• Subject to modification or removal for balance, seasonal resets, or server updates      

VentureBlockMC does not guarantee permanent availability of any virtual item, especially on seasonal servers where resets or wipes may occur.

5. Account Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for securing their Minecraft account. VentureBlockMC is not responsible for lost, compromised, or inaccessible accounts.

If you lose access to your account, you must contact Microsoft directly to attempt recovery. VentureBlockMC cannot transfer purchases or progress to a new account.

6. Enforcement & Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VentureBlockMC support will result in:

• Immediate and permanent removal from the VentureBlockMC network 
• A ban from the Tebex platform 
• Possible further investigation related to fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

VentureBlockMC is not responsible for:

• Loss of items due to bugs, glitches, rollbacks, or updates 
• Data loss caused by server crashes, maintenance, or unforeseen issues 
• Changes to gameplay mechanics, plugins, or server features 

Gameplay progress, items, and purchases have no real-world monetary value.

8. Disclaimer

VentureBlockMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Minecraft, or Microsoft. Do not contact Mojang or Microsoft regarding issues related to VentureBlockMC, its servers, or store purchases.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By joining, playing on, or making purchases on VentureBlockMC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
